Republicans Bashing Bush

When the likes of Syndicated Columnist Robert Novak reports that a conservative summit recently produced a critical mass of anti-Bush rhetoric, it clearly is time for the President to sit up and take notice. See,

Few will probably remember. However, when the President's dad was running against Clinton over a decade ago, it was the then Texas Governor George who had to get on a plane during his dad's campaign to bring the message that people were really hurting out there and ... to stop telling the American public that everything was just fine. As I recall, the son told the father something like it was making George Sr. look "out of touch".

My only question now is who is now going to take that same message to the son who is now President? Or, has Novak just done so?
